Turns out the reason for my motor running like crap was a bad intake seal. Pulled the blower off and looks like the other 3 are pretty much ready to go as well. Is there a replacement available or will I just have to use RTV?

Replacements are $25 each for the molded o-ring. RTV works just as well.

Gotcha. With the RT, would you recommend slapping it on wet or just form an oversized "gasket" on the manifold and let it dry before bolting it up?

let it from a SLIGHTLY oversize gasket, and then install

It's an o-ring groove Nate. Fill it up in the o-ring, make it raised a decent amount.
