/\ You haven't been here long enough to get annoyed by this. It get ridiculous. These are questions that are answered by sticky's at the top of the threads, for god's sake these newbs scroll past them to post this crap.
Edit: They are in the how to section, where the search for info should start anyway.

With cheap and reliable that more than likely means your gonna stay N/A, and not build a race car.
So if you wanna treat your car right and keep it reliable you need to keep everything in check. If your car has over 125k miles, ha you might as well start tuning up under your hood. You said you have CAI, well that means you have a new filter. Did you tear apart and clean your MAF Sensor?? Guarantee you it was dirty.....
If your gonna even do anything with your sound persay then get ya a nice battery and check out all the wires. Going big??? Yea upgrade Big3...
Since you chose cheap and reliable look for these things for your motor:
Exhaust Sytem
Header(s)
CAI/WAI (which u have)
Platinum Plugs
Bigger Wires (8 - 8.5 mm is ideal)
Bigger Throttle Body
Ported and Polished Intake Manifolds (if u have a V6, change over to a metal LIMG)
^^ Anything else you do to your motor will be very costly......(heads, cam, bottom end etc.) so thats about as far as you go. So then you look into fancy gauges to keep check on your motor and a nice braking system.

Carb cleaner on the MAF. If that is not enough then VERY gently with a soft brush or towel.
