:coolio: Hi guys and gals and otherwise:
Two quick questions, Where is the directional flasher located on 2000 alero and how do you get to it, how does one get to the hazard switch, I think through the center air vent but I cant get out. Any help will be greatly appreciated:(

directional flasher IS the hazard flasher. its all one unit.
get the trim piece off... take the gauge cluster out (trim has 2 bolts up top, then the cluster has 4, one on each corner)
you can get your hand in there, on the unit, give it a good smack from the front to get it out.

Man I cant even remember how much I paid for mine, but i got it out with a screwdriver (handle part over hazard, and 1 swift tap with a hammer on the other end...pops right out, and you can pull it out from the vent or behind gauge cluster) forgot how I got mine, again is was soooooooooo long ago
