so sunday me and my uncle are custom bending an exhaust system for my car. i already have a pacesetter header, high flow cat and a dynomax muffler but i wanted to know what is the ideal size piping i should use? whats going to give me the most power, still sound good but without loosing too much back pressure?

I've got 2 1/2" on my 2.2, but most people will say 2 1/4" also, if you already have the muffler, you should probably go with whatever the inlet is on that

the biggest that you can go is 2.5

That's not true. There are people with 3"

You can go as big as you want... just depends on how you route it. 3" does fit, TIGHT, in the stock routing.

with a n/a 2.2 you aren't gonna want to go more than 2.5, personally i'd go with 2.25 unless further upgrades are planned. but probably go with whatedver outlet size your muffler has right now

I thought this was the 2.4 section.
