Is the alero pretty much swapable with most of the grand am parts? if so, where can I get a list, or do I need to buy a book or something.

motor parts and suspension, yes, body panels, some of them.....

completely swappable minus some body parts just need the right engine type for engine parts.

engine and suspension parts will swap. as lots of parts from other n-bodies such as a cavalier, where my engine is from.
