injectors

this weekend i have to install new injectors. i have done it on my last car but it was a spider style system. so what im asking is what do i need to do as far as replacing them? should i de-pressurize the system by cracking the line at the filter? suggestions would help

You can either remove the fuel pump relay and crank the car over, or just relieve the pressure at the rail itself through the test port.

There is no test port on the 2.4L if there is. By all means show me so that I know i'm wrong.

Just pull off the rail. Take off an injector clip, and wiggle an injector so it leaks fuel out, then pull it completely out. Have towels ready.

Wow, I just looked at the ridiculous tool they have to test the fuel pressure in the service manual!!
