anyone know what pins i use to jump the compressor, added 18oz. of freon, not kicking on, compressor spins with some resistance.. bearings for the belt are fine

Are you sure the relay isn't bad? Jumping relays is generally not a good idea....

If theres still NOT enough freon in the system it WONT kick on.
