As long as it's not from a 2.4 or ecotec. (has to be from a 2200)

How much it would cost would depend on the price of the parts you get. And since many would be used, that could vary greatly.

As for the axles, you would need to replace them with stock axles for a 5-speed if you used the newer Getrag.

That is NOT the easiest way to do this swap. Kyle's trans is an older model which requires more fabrication but it should be more durable for his power levels.
