Power steering pully wobbly.

Friend's Monte w/ 3100 shredded the belt today. Upon closer examination, the power steering pully has a noticible wobble to it as you spin it. The bearings are fine, like you can't grab it and move it, just the shaft is belt or pulley warped or something..

He's got a spare, so no big deal, but I'm wonder.. what in the world would cause that??

Belt being over tightened if the old manual type of tensioner. Was damaged being removed or installed. Wear...

mine was installed incorrectly by me, so i bent my shaft slightly, so mine wobbles... i dont care and its not a big deal, (slight wobble)
