Alero wheels does it matter the year?

I am trying to find some wheels the ad says it came off a 2000 oldsmobile alero they are 16''. I have a 2004 alero that takes 16'' does it matter? Does it really matter if its a PY0 or 0EM? it'd be a set of 4 that im buying or does it even matter if they are mixed as long as they match?
I don't get this wheel stuff haha

All the bolt patterns and offsets are the same. The designs were different from year to year.

Personally I like the 99-00 style and the 01 top of the line
