#$%#in Turn signals

My turn signals hate me with a burning passion. First the bulb went out and failed to warn me by doing that spaz signal it usually does (160 dollar ticket btw for turning w/o a signal) and now the signals on the dash cut off and back on randomly. I'm guessing when they cut off the tailights themselves cutoff as well. Anyone know what to check, what's wrong, etc. etc. ?

ya i would try to fix that ticket say you recently found out there was a recall on your car that causes the blinkers to not work properly

QFT and that does work
