well, i broke mine, i left the bolts loose, and cranked her, it was in 14 pieces,
i got the puller to get the little center piece off, and got it off, but now i have a problem, i cant get the new pulley on, when i screw the pulley thing into the pump thing, and then start wrenching the pump pulley on, it just strips the bolt that goes in the little pump piece, and the pulley wont go on... help!!

Are you sure that you're threading the screw ALL the way into the pump? It goes quite a ways in there. Once you bottom it out, then you turn the nut that presses the pulley on.

it only goes in like, 6 turns, then when i start it get loose and strips out, should i try tapping the pump?

its not ruining the pump, its ruining the screw or bolt, might go get a hardened bolt

I would definately recommend a hardened bolt. Clean up those threads on the pump if there is any rust there, might be making the bolt a little hard to turn.

chase the threads with a tap. you might want to get a flashlight and look into the hole to see thread condition and if anything is broke or stuck in the hole.

from what i can see, the little thing is orange.... i will figure a way to get it on.... shrink the little drive with compressed air and then just shove it on? i have no idea, ill get a tap and a new hardnend bolt... i already pretty much ruined my painted UIM and chipped the new pulley.... small chip wont do much...
