ok i did a search on yahoo and google. heres what ive gathered. my car since the day i bought it two years ago hesitates almost to the point of stalling when it rains or snows. if you hit the gas decent pressure you can overcome the hesitation but obviousley sumthins wrong. it hasnt got worse still the same its driving me nuts. its only when its wet out. i dont have a cold air intake i thought it was that changed it still have problem thought it was fuel issue changed filter used water remover which actually seemed to help. online my search pulled up this answer almost everytime, moisture in coil packs or wires connected to it. so anyone ever have this issue or have an idea here? i am not taking it to a mechanic to rape me on hours on end for diagnosis.

Could water be running down into the fender?

sounds like your intake tubing could be messed up, or your past intake ruined one of your sensor such as your MAF

did you recently get exhaust work done? I'm thinking perhaps an exhaust leak, and humidity might get in between the header and cat and temporarily clogging the system. but yeah, get the code.

yea i have the same problem sometime but it doesnt happen when it rains its more random than anything i can be driving and everything is ok then i come to a stop and it starts to hesitate and if i dont keep my foot on the gas it will cut off but starts right back up havnt figured out what it is but now that i thing about it when was the last time you had a tune up try spraying the wires with a silcone spray and see if that stops it if so your wire was bad if not i dont know what it is but if you figuer it out let me know cause its makin me mad as hell

clogged cat?

...my 3400 would studder alot when the humidity was high. we cut the cat off, hollowed it out and put it back on and it ran much better solving the problem but in turn creating the need for a new cat. stinks way too much. prolly get a magnaflo high flow.
