I gotta ask...
At what point are you going to let a professional take over?
Sounds like you are in over your head or are having a bad string of luck :(

I already told you your problem. You have a massive vacuum leak.
He only has one bolt holding the throttle body on.

i dont have the funds, nor the trust, i am just having a bad string of luck, remember the car was worked on by a goon before me who was clueless, and the car never had a gasket there, but there were traces, the car also has been sitting for a while, dont forget that either, i know what im doing, this is my forst 60degreev6 i have ever worked on, so i dont know if the gaskets are there or not

Never gonna learn unless he does it himself, there's nothing you can really do to mess up an engine when you're working on it unless you don't have oil in it or some other ridiculous circumstance, just gotta make sure to be careful and follow torquing patterns and such.
Good luck w/ the gasket setup.
clean the upper plenum and the matching side of the TB and then get it nice and smooth with some emery paper, throw the gasket in between and tighten the bolts and your own the journey to find the next thing wrong with your engine...lol

I had this exact problem with my 1995 Escort and it was the IAC. It was the original and it had 150,000 miles on it. Unplugging it sometimes helped, but even that stopped working after some time (probably because it was sticking, or something). After I had repalced it, I wished I had replaced it much earlier since my car ran so much better than it had in quite some time.

wait....you didnt clean out all that shit from the engine while you had everything apart? you should have cleaned it out with a shopvac or something while the block was right there man...now your gonna have to do a few oil changes to get out all that shit and a coolant flush
