There's an m90 for sale right by me. $125. Says it was pulled off of an 89 Thunderbird SC - "it does need new bearings but that is it".

Is it possible to get this on an Alero? :haha: I can't pass on the price lol

I've read that it can be worked onto the 3.4 with some work but exactly how much work? And would a shop be willing to do this because I'm not competent enough w/ engines for this sort of thing.. reading conflicting opinions tho, a post of ion's says it's possible with a lot of fab but elsewhere says "hell no" because the motors have different bends for the intake

its possible, just a SXIT load of fab work, and a DHP pcm... :)

You would need a completely re-designed intake manifold, or some sort of adapter to get it on there in the right position. Don't think it's completely impossible.

No, no, far too much work lol, cheaper for me in the long run (and cheaper in terms of time) to just buy the proper setup.

Thanks :)

LOL! You can't just throw a mail order tune on a completely custom big supercharger setup!

The way it's designed, all you need is to find a place it fits in the engine bay and then run intake and charge piping to a filter and the throttle body, respectively.

And then you need to figure out sensors, the PCV system (if needbe, not sure how it's setup on the 3400), and the tuning.

even if you could (which you can for less work than most people think), the m90, especially that old ass version is shit....
