Can everyone please update if they have reserved their rooms or not? The hotel is only showing 5 rooms reserved and we have to get these reserved by 05-15-09.

FYI and it is no biggie, it is no longer a Holiday Inn. They are now the West Lansing Conference Center. I called them to verify my confirmation number and he told me that they are not affiliated with HI anymore. Good thing is they have a record of my booking a room. Nice people also.

You most certainly can check, but I think you guys are ok. I will get a list from the hotel tommorrow.

I just wanted everyone to respond so I could make sure they were or were not on the list. Also as a reminder that we need to get these rooms reserved.

you don't have to pay in advance but reserve the room with a cc. if you were to just walk in and get a room the price would something like $109 or around there.

As of RIGHT NOW, yes. If the future becomes more like it has been in the last two weeks (wife laid off, and me paying ALL the bills, and neccessities) then No, I wouldnt be able to afford it. Unless someone was to loan me the gas money and then I would just sleep in my car. I would be providing security for the other cars at the hotel parking lot, since I dont sleep that much anyway (usually 3 hours a night). LOL

Well you have to trust the person on the other end that they're not just copying your card numbers down to sell or use, that's the only thing I don't like about unsecure lines.

i have to trust you, with 3 computers, and $1600! its not much different. I've used my credit card in negligent ways and my company shut it down. i know if a bunch of charges appeared in MI, they'd shut it down again.

I will be leaving Saturday morning early to meet up with everybody at or around 7-8am let me know where to meet at to get in the line up... I will be there from Saturday til Sunday after noon after which I must get home to study for class ending the week after.... I cant fxcking wait:wub:

what about Friday for the Alero Show?????? normally when people show up thrusday and friday they get their packets with the intinary, shirts, and door prize stuff. but to get Saturdays schedule check out the ASS webpage

I wont be able to take time off for that day, and I really dont want to, I need the money...

All I want is my spot in the show and the t-shirt.. I can be judged for the guy that shows up late...:)

Just give me the packet when I show up saturday morning I will be staying at the Holiday Inn... Dont ask what room, I'll find that out when I get there...
