when i bout my alero a while ago the power door locks didnt completely work. but being a two door i dont really care but im just curious as to why they do what they do... if both doors are locked and you push the unlock buttom only the driver door unlocks... same as when there unlocked you push the lock buton only the dricer door locks...why??

if you press the button twice,it should open both doors. its a security feature. now, if it won't open for anything, then you either have a short or a bad lock motor.

^ or a bad relay. my unlock button on my FOB only unlocks the driver door, no matter how many times I press it. lol but they all lock. it's the relay. I once figured out which one it is, but offhand, I forget.
