problem?

used to be when i would shut off the car and remove the key from the ignition, the dome light and other lights inside the car would turn on. more and more frequently, the lights dont turn on, and if i want them to i have to put the key back in and take it out. its not a big deal to me but i was wondering if anyone else has seen this happen, and if it has led to any other problems. thanks.

nobody...? the lights are supposed to light up when the key is removed from the ignition right?

dunno, i don't really pay attention but sometimes mine do and sometimes not i think

they are suppose to turn on. its a courtesy feature so you can see where your going. (headlights also remain on for 7 seconds)

dunno what causes your issue though... thats odd.

the little eve on the dash, if it is brighter out, they will NOT be on, if it is dark out, they WILL be on

well the only time i really notice it is at night, obviously. i was just checking to make sure it wasnt a sign that something else might break on me. as long as nobody else has had the same issue, i dont think ill worry then. thanks.
