Depends. I picked up a 47,000-mile 3400 nearly complete (minus the power steering pump, alternator, and A/C compressor) for $150.
So maybe $250 fully dressed?

Engine prices range widely. An LD9 with 30k miles can go for $700-800. I bought mine for $125.
