Are the R1 concepts the good set of rotors for the Alero? They are selling them on Ebay with ceramic brake pads. Is this the best type of pad to get?

If this is not a good setup, what IS a good setup for new pads and rotors (both front and rear) for my '99 Alero with the 3400 V6??

I personally like brembo rotors, pads I’m not sure about, I drove a Subaru Impreza 2.5 RS with Brembo's and it stopped, lol rather well, I think all that was done was just rotors, not even big ones, just slotted, no steel braided lines either, the pedal feel was great as well.

I've had my r1's for over a year now, and I've been pretty happy with them.... even after some aggressive breaking they arent warped, and with previous cars I've owed the brakes would have been warped by now lol.

for the rotors I got BAER this is some very well engineered and well ventilated rotors too plus they look sweet in cross-drilled / slutted pattern

R1's are great for the money. I had them for three years before a caliper seized and trashed one of them. I moved on to Vette goodness.
