Would a GReddy turbo from an Acura Rsx Type S work on a 2000 automatic alero? The turbo is a Greddy Turbo Kit T517Z with front mount intercooler.

The turbo itself you could use, along with the intercooler and blow off valve. The rest of the kit is pretty much useless. That turbo will spool fast on a 2.4, it's a little guy.

Are there any kits made specifically for the 2.4 themselves? And what would a good size be?

kits for the 2.4 are hard to find, however there are "universal" kits out there. but regardless of what you get, it is to my understanding that you'll have to get the downpipe fabbed up on your own (or have the installing shop do it)

Yep, that's a manifold alright. I do like that tubular manifold for the Eco at the bottom of the page. I'm making a similar one myself.
