Ok, I got it installed but when I tired to start the car the security light came on. So, I know there is the procedure but it said if the car does not start.....DO NOT turn the key to the off position and I did...ooops. Know I am worried that I messed up the chip?

Will I still be able to do the procedure to start the car?

nope, i leave mine off, and go in the house, come back out and start the car, its fine

The nice thing is that now the car will not need a relearn when switching the PCM's from stock the DHP one you have now.

If you get a different chip, yes relearn is neccessary
