Turn Signal

Ok, right turn signal is clicking a whole lot faster than left. I realized that one of the front right turn signals is out. Just making sure, is this the only thing that would cause the faster clicking? I'm just double checking before I tell my dad to go out and get a new bulb(i'm a poor college student home for the weekend and need to figure if its just that simple issue before i go back to school on sunday).
