Stainless Steel Brake lines

Is anyone using aftermarket stainless braided flex lines? All they worth the money? I have heard good, bad and neutral reviews on this upgrade.

I am replacing my brakes(pads/rotors), and painting calipers, so I was wondering if stainless brake lines were worth consideration at this point.

Also, what are good pads to use with R1 Concepts E-line rotors? (that are accessible to Canada).

Yes they work, the pedal is stiffer, and response is noticeable.

ya I use them. My stock lines finally coroded through and I figured that it was worth my while to replace em with something that wouldnt rust out.

On all the forums I have been on SS Brake lines seem to be something everyone recommends especially if you do road track racing because they dont expand when the brake fluid starts to heat up. Combine those with some nice rotors and pads and you will really see a difference.

I've had braided lines for probably 7 years. They help mainly to increase your ability to modulate the brake pedal. I won't say they measurably increase pedal firmness; that is mostly a characteristic of the quality of a system bleed.
