Plugs & Wires

I'm coming up on 70,000 miles on my Alero and wan't to do some basic maintenance. I'll be doing tranny and radiator flush but was wondering about plugs and wires. There are so many brands out there. Anyone have suggestions what kind to get? I have the 3.4 btw.

personally, if your car is still ''stock'', by that I mean no big power adders to get the acdelco ones
