hose behind resonator question

there is a small hose that connects into the resonator at the back. noticed a little bit of oil in it. what is this hose for? noticed the garage forgot to connect it to the resonator connection at the back of the resonator.

Positive crankcase ventilation. The intake helps vent the crankcase by sucking the pressure out. Includes a little blow-by oil.

I think the shop forgot to reconnect the hose to the back of the resonator intake because i took the resonator off at home and i dont think it was hooked up at all. could this be contributing to running idle problems a disconnected ?

hmmm maybe....also IAT too...try hooking it bak up and see what happens
