Electrical Problem - No Power To Accessories

I'm having an intermitent problem with the Alero. Sometimes after the car has been driven/warmed up and then shut down, when the car is restarted none of the accessories (AC, guages, radio, etc.) will power up. Sometimes they will come on after a few seconds and sometimes it takes a few minutes before they come on. Its an '02 with the 3400 if that makes a difference.

What could be causing this? Faulty PCM? Bad relay somewhere? Shorted wiring? Has anyone experienced this problem before?

i'd check to make sure the bolts on each side of the fuse boxes are tight.

and while your in there, look to see if there are any burn wires or anything that might smell like electrical burn.... the problem will probably be located on the passanger side of the car.

huh....maybe a faulty alternator? well, no because the battery would take over....ignition Cylinder?

Battery terminals may also not be tight. I have had this problem before and it sounds like the exact symptoms.
