VIN Info Horrors

well, itsbmw was nice enough to get the available info on my car from GM and i found out a few surprising things that my car's had replaced. i'd like to know if anybody can explain exactly what they did to my car.

ok, so what i wanna know is why my PCM would need to have the transmission reprogrammed? also, is it commom to have fuel system problems with our cars?

The dealer did reflash PCM's back in the early 2000's, Exactly what for IDK but I knew it had something to do with the tranny.

The other things don't really seem like a big deal, unless I'm wrong

GM fuel pumps totally suck ass. I'm on my 4th one
