need some help

i don't know whats wrong, my car is leaking coolant and i don't know if it's the water pump or if it's the limg that needs replaced. because the low coolant light keeps coming on and i had to put some coolant in the overflow tank yesterday. since i've only had the car for 2 1/2 months, i don't know if the limg was replaced or not so i need help here.

i believe there is a thread where a member can check your VIN for previous work done to it... so if your LIMG was done by a dealer, i'd be on that report. but just because it was done, doesn't mean it can't die again.

but thats about as far as my knowledge goes on this topic...
