crack in throttle cable..

so i have a crack in one of the throttle cables.. will this affect any thing?

if it breaks you won't be able to go, only idle lol

I had one of the cables actually start to split/unwind to the the point where the throttle got stuck!.

Luckily it happened at a very low speed while backing.

Replace the cable. Its cheap and easy!
