My friend talked me into going up to Oreilly Raceway Park in Indianapolis Saturday morning and I just planned on watching but entered Sportsman 1/4 mile just for fun. 65 cars later I wound up in the championship round against a dude thats been bracket racing his road runner for about 20 years. I got slightly nervous it being my first time racing and went red and broke out too. I will post up a pic of my trophy and check for 200 bucks sometime soon. But thought I would post about repin for the Ho's.

Congrats! Its great when the owner of the track writes you a check instead of the other way around :)
Might be a tough act to follow, though.....

I dialed in at 15.15 at 85 degrees and didnt have my cold air intake. I might go back this weeked to see if 14's are possible maybe i will get lucky enough to win some more cash

Here is a link to Oreilly Raceways website with the finals listed on it. Its under Rightway Automotive Sportsman, it was pretty neat because I got to line up with one of my favorite cars.

It's always nice to see your name in the results, isn't it? I still never get tired of that and I've been doing this for years. Congrats again!

its definately a cool feeling I think I am going back the 7th and I will be breaking 14's I will be sure to send you the time slip lol I just bought another v6 alero for 200 bucks I am going to play with the motor a little bit and a progressive nitrous kit is in the works. So here shortly if anyone needs parts just yell at me it was hit in the back and I have yet to see it yet so the guy is supposed to call me when he gets his rims off of it.
