Yea, so i knew this would happen after my car got into an accident.... i would start having problems. I know i need a new wheel bearing cause my ABS,Trac off, and service vehicle soon lights are on. But today after i dropped my sister off (we were driving for an hour and a half. I turn the car off and help her with her stuff, then i go start it, and the gas gauge, speedometer, RPM, engine temp gauges dont work. i turned it off again, started, still didnt work. So i drove home with the gauges not working. I just went to try it out 5 min ago, and it worked (after letting the car sit for about 2 hours). what could that problem be??

it was working the 2 hours i was driving, i had the outside air coming in through the vents (didnt use a/c). i turned it off when i dropped her off cause i was going to put the windows down. i didnt try it out on the way home from her house though.

Is your transmission shifting hard too? mine did all of that after I got mad at it and did some burnouts/Drifts. But was fine I unhooked the battery overnight. The abs/trac off/svs light may be a wheel speed sensor.

i'd bring it somewhere and have them cler all your codes and then see what happens.

its possible you have an ignition switch going bad. car will start and run, but some accessories won't work.

EXACTLY what my teacher said!

the wheel speed sensor is attached to the hub bearing assembly as one unit. me and sound_xtreme changed out the hub on my wife's gagt last weekend and then did his cv joint so i know all about that stuff now. im too lazy to post how to in this thread so if you want to know more details then PM me. its too easy to pay to have it done.

I wouldnt think a wheel speed sensor would cause the windows and heater not to function properly.

My guess goes to battery/alt related problem. Maybe loose cables. That or like previously said, bad ignition switch.
