i'm just a little under 45,000 miles on my 2.4. Is there any maintenance that I should be worrying about. Tires are always rotated, oil change every 3,000 miles.

for example, such as spark plugs, how often do they usually need to be changed?? and what brand is the best for the 2.4??

Change the plugs often if you want the best performance. It's usually 50,000 mi for plugs though. NGK TR55s are great.
