I have been looking for new headers and came across the iperformance headers. Has anyone used these? They looked nice for replacing the headers and cat in one piece with no cutting of the downpipe
What else would anyone recommend?

No personal experience with them, but they have always had lots of hard proof of their products, even way back when it was Bill's Isuzu Performance.

650 with cat is not that bad.
I am just wondering, if its made for Cavalier and Sunfire, is there a fitment issue on Aleros?

I know from experience on teh pacesetter, that you have to cap the o2 sensor bung and have a shop put a new o2 sensor bung 180degrees from the original location as the original location hits the engine mount or firewall or something.
real easy fix, other then that physically the header fit fine.
If this one is similar in fitment there shouldn't be much of an issue if any.
