1) Transition section from TOGs to CAT, permanently mounted, and flanged after the CAT:

2) Three pipe sections, stainless except for rear section, flanged at four points (front of car raised up):

3) The muffler is usually removed for racing. This section has been redone twice, and needs more adjustment. The clocking on the axle flange should be rotated about 5-10 degrees :

4) The lowest point is the rear flange, 4 1/2 in., but the hangers need reworking, so I believe I can get another 3/4 in. out of it (car on ground):

thats not mandrel bent is it? i couldn't fit more than 2.5 mandrel over the rear crossmember, and i still had trouble w/that cause of the speedbuilt rear swaybar
good job regardless and nice time too, im trying to hit 13's sometime in the future but no forced induction

Yes, it is mandrel-bent. It replaced a 2 1/2 in. SLP system with Magnaflow CAT, resonator, and dual outlet muffler. You can still get into the high 13's with a good 2 1/2 in. system, if you can get the wheel HP up to about 220. :)

His is under the rear crossmember. It's very tight and the bends have to be just right, but you can fit larger than 2.5" over the rear crossmember. Mine is 3" over the rear, but I'm rerouting to under the rear for better flow.
