Well,
Since I just started driving my car again (Still overjoyed lol) I remembered the squeaky belt, but I had forgotten about a hissing underneath rear left door, probably gas pump. Dad says it is a regular sound, but I'm not too certain.

is it a constant hiss or just when your rpm's are up a ways?

Constant. Always there. And at times, you can smell raw gas, but we guessed that we need to change the spark plugs to eliminate the smell.

its an air leak on the gas tank, probably the filler neck. while the car is running, there is always a little pressure in the tank. if theres a leak that would explain the hissing and raw gas smell. wired though, the service engine light will usually come on if theres a air leak. You should put the car up on a hoist while its running and see if you can tell where the hiss is coming from back there.

and don't use a match as a light to inspect with
i dont think you would hear the hissing if it was from where the pump assembly connected into the tank, just my $.02

Fuel pump always makes a small hissing when the car runs. If you turn the Key on, but not starting it, do you hear the hissing for about 4-5 seconds, then it stops?

Yea, as soon as the switch is turned on, not the car, the hissing begins, but it still doesn't stop. And when I arrive wherever I'm going to, you immediately get the gas smell. Still, no SE light will come on. Only change oil and low pressure.

^ you know u can reset the change oil and low pressure light using the reset button in the drivers fuse panel, don't you?
sounds like something is wrong with the pump aseemb, is your mpg getting bad? your probably running super rich

hmm my car smells like gas a lot and i get crappy mileage, but my tune runs rich
C2;322511']hmm my car smells like gas a lot and i get crappy mileage, but my tune runs rich
running rich would cause both of those

What does it mean to run rich? lol

more fuel than stoichiometric
14.7:1 is the perfect air:fuel ratio. a rich one would be like 11:1

So,
that is why we get crappy mileage and gas smells? Kinda confused, but ok. lol.

^i don't think you'd have a "running rich" problem, normally. unless you were tinkering w/ your tuning, which... by the sounds of it... you don't know how to. and running rich would cause bad mph and gas smell... NOT hissing.
don't use ion's issues as a possibility.... hes special.
i'd have the fuel assembly checked out. you could also take it to a car parts place and have them check for codes... see if your computer is throwing anything. (just for fun, its always good to check)
