Wanted to get an idea of the benefits and or the problems that can occur when shifting an automatic frequently. I know the purpose of an automatic is elminate the need for shifting, but I have found here lately that I tend to drive with my car in 3rd and the trac light off, just seems to have alittle more power, but I am concerned that I may be causing problems. Any info, advice, opinions, please jot them down.
