i have the throttle body spacer in addition to a ported upper intake and intake spacers, increased intake volume. but you have to tune for it.
if you are going to install as a single mod, spend the money else where.

it is not a carbed car it would make no difference at all bc it follows the tables in the computer so it would just dump more fuel.

why would a spacer make it idle higher...? sounds like you fucked up the install

Usually adding plenum volume will help in the higher rpms, but adding only a spacer is such a small rise in volume you will basically feel no difference.

I dunno grim, I didnt install it. lmao. Im willing to bet its installed correctly but it idles like a beast. i could take it all through the neighborhood without touching the gas... turns, hills, everything. haha

sounds like a vac leak to me. Is the tb gasket on correctly? If the gasket is cracked it will show those symptoms.

My buddy's buddy put one an an S-10 with the 2.8 motor, started backfiring and missing like crazy. Stock motor and pre OBDII
For $60 you can get something else that will be more of a benifit to you
