2.4 DOHC RPM at Idle ?

What does yours Idle at ?

I have a 99 2.4 Auto and idles like crap because of all the shaking it does. When I give it very little gas and raise the rpm to about 700 then all the shaking goes away. This only happens when the car is warmed up...

yeah sometimes my idle flutters when it's down between 500-700 on startup (which is lean, btw) but i'm s/c'd so that may make a difference :p

btw normal idle for me is 550, steady. only on startup is it slightly rough

idles at a steady 950rpm. car shakes but my mounts are... um.... are far from rubbery.

I idle at at least 1000, usually around 1050 though. my 2.4 bogs and shakes if it runs any lower than this

hhmmmm mine is at 550rpm when warmed up at idle, no wonder it shakes. Wonder what could cause this...

Mine idles at about 600, it flutters sometimes when it is at a certain temperature or when i tap the gas pedal a bit.
