I'm really not asking anything.... Just bumbed out because my car wouldn't start last night. Had to get it jumped and now she won't start again today. It tries to turn over, but doesn't. I'm thinking it's the battery...

Something weird did happen last night when it got jumped though, and I'm wondering if anyone else's alero does this... After I got it jumped, I started driving it and it now hesitates when shifting from 1st gear to 2nd. Like it revs up a little before switching. Anyone else know what that is?

your transmission has defaulted to learning mode. It's what happens when the battery gets disconnected or there's a loss of power. It sounds like it is your battery.

Yeah, it ended up being the battery.. Thanks about the transmition thing. I wasn't sure what it was doing. lol It's done it before when I got my LIMG fixed, but soon quit.

lol yeah..... it should be like that for a couple days at the most and then be normal again
