Ok, since I've had my car, my fog lamps haven't worked. I checked the fuses and they're all fine. The switch for them has a green light and when i turn the switch on, the light comes on, so i'm guessing the bulbs are burnt out or that there's a short somewhere. I was looking at how to get the bulbs out and i can't figure it out. I'm afraid i'll break something and I have a suspicion that i have to disassemble the light assembly to get to the bulbs. any idea how to do this or anything else i should check out? also, when doing paint touch up on a surface rust spot, what should i do to make it as hidden as possible?

replacing the Fog light bulb, is pretty easy, you just have to remove one of the black plastic cover pieces, under the bumper, on each side, enough to get your hand in, and the bulb assembly (back of fog light) comes out, with a turn and pull, like your head light bulbs.

you can do it one of two ways...
you can either take your headlight housing out (pull up on the two tabs and pull it strait out), then reach down through the opening and take the fog lamp bulb out (it twists out, turn it to the left i believe)
or...
you can get up underneath your car, right below your fog lamp housing, and you will see a plastic shroud with some small screws holding it on. unscrew those, then just reach up there and take the bulb out (you will see it, its the first thing you will see when you take the shroud off)...
