My buddy has a 2001 GLS 3.4L and is trying to tell me that I can use gapless spark plugs in my car (2000 GLS 3.4). To my knowledge, he's using Bosch Platinum 2 gapless plugs and everything is working properly. These plugs are currently on sale and I was wondering if I can use them safely? If not, am I right to believe the gapping on the 3.4L is .50mm?

Yeah I had a problem with Bosch. They suck with plugs, but the wipers are pretty good

You can get the ACDelco 41-101 plugs which are basically NGK iridium plugs for much less than the NGK boxed ones.
