It's a shame that this setup takes such a beating because of the price. This exhaust system is an excellent high quality product. And to think, it once went as low as $439 on summit.

Custom is the way to go or so I've heard. I personally avoided that and just got the Pacesetter Exhaust n it only cost me $250 with free shipping... in the end it doesnt make that much difference... if youre willing to fork over 800 bucks for the borla go ahead :D but yes lol it will fit

I own the grand am borla set up and love it. I have a 2.4 and it fit fine but, it wouldnt matter if you had an 2.2, 2.4, or 3.4 it will fit and sound great.

i dont understand why it wouldnt fit a 2.4.. its catback exhaust.. is the cat in the 2.4 in a different place than on the 3.4? maybe because of the length of the headers..
idk.. it all sounds like crap.. im sure it will fit

There's still a few places you might be able to find the Borla for the Alero too... It's the same thing just with one outlet. It was discontinued a while back.

I just got my borla exhaust in the mail today! :) my current set up sounds like ass now....its rusting out and the muffler is shit. Stainless steel + borla......cant go wrong! i figurei can get some back pressure back since the borla is 2.25in. I cant wait to get this in, my car is obnoxiusly loud right now its annoyed as FOCK ;)

nahhh.... i want a quality exhaust. I could have done a custom one, but i dont trust any shops around my area to weld it up the correct way. yea i could have welded but i dont have much time to work on my car now....plus this is an easy install. Gonna bring it to work, when the day is over throw it on a lift and put it on! and while i have it up, i gotta switch out my o2 sensor....that wont be fun....lol

will do! i did that with my pacesetter when i got it....
if you plan on getting a pacesetter (and u have the 3400, dont get it if you have the 4) then be ready to buy a new exhaust in 2 years. I figured it would go within a couple years because there is no protective coating on/in it so it will rust easier. especially if you drive your car in the winter. the borla should be going on within the next few days

Cool
I'm running a custom 2.5" cat-back with an Aero Turbine 2525 muffler.
And I got the 3100 in my malibu.
