Im thinkin they have to be molded so you can prolly take off the stock ones.

they replace the stock ones...not over top..there's always been issues with fitment of these as far as i can remember.

there will be fitment issues with all body kits, but you're right that this brand has had more issues with the Alero than the other brands have. (percentage wise)

theres a how to install in the forum of a3d.. the proper way. they are design to replace the stock. Since u have a 2dr .. theres less work and easier than the 4drs install

nah.. bumper without much problems. Its just mainly side skirts that are more work to do.

edit: I dunno what happened to the install how-to on their forum, but u can always call them to find out more info.

wrong.

to get the razzi rear to fit correctly you have to cut a big CHUNK out of your rear bumper on both sides.

id say thats quite an issue

2 door a3d's are easy. take the stockers off. rivot on the new ones. least i had no fitment issues at all with any of the kit when i put it on. it had the usual headlight sag, and the rear was a pretty tight fit, but it still all went on with ease.
