why doesnt invision.aleromod.com work for me?

i have a quick question, it might sound dumb, but how come everytime i try to open a link that has invision.aleromod.com it doesnt work? is it for v.i.p. members only, or something like that? here's one of the links that i tried:

that was the link to the old board before it got hacked. aleromod.com is the new link
