Sumtimes when i hit a dip in the ground even if its not very hard, the car will accelerate and the only way to stop is pull up the ebrake and hit the brakes then turn off the car, even when the car is in neutral the rpms r still around 6500 and im not pressing the accelerator at all, its really wierd and almost caused a couple of accidents. i took it to the dealer but they said nothing is wrong with it...

Your car is revving to 6500rpm (the redline) when in neutral, you took it to a dealership and they said nothing is wrong with it?
I think you need to clarify the problem because that doesnt sound right, if that was the case the dealership definately would've held it until the found the problem, try to explain the problem a bit better maybe?

Definitely vacuum leak, happens on hondas alot, the vacuum line dry rots from the heat where it connects to the intake manifold and comes loose, causing the motor to rev to WOT check the back and bottom of ur intake manifold and make sure theres no lines loose or missing.
