Spark Plugs

Well I got new taylor 8.5 mm plug wires yesterday and I thought I might as well put new plugs in it too. What do you guys think the best performance plug is? I've seem some that are called e3 diamond fire plugs in my Hot Rod magazine and then I've seen some call NGK Iridium IX. Which is the best one to get?

the 2003 3400 came factory with iridium plugs, stay with iridiums, but i changed from ac/delco iridium to denso iridium.

the factory GM ACDelco Iridium plug, # 41-101 is available at all the AutoZone stores. It's made by NGK and it's quite a bit less expensive than the other Iridium plugs.
