hey does anyone got a step by step idea of how to paint brake calipers? If you take them off you have to bleed them right? before you put them back on?

Don't take them off. Take the wheel off, spray with brake cleaner, paint the caliper and rotor, then paint the wheel well black to get any overspray from the caliper paint. The high temp paint for calipers and any generic black paint will work.

You can get a duplicolor caliper painting kit from walmart, it is brushed on and includes instuctions, it was easy and fun to do, plus it looks great.

You don't need to take them off, but if you did, you would bleed them after you put them back on.

Just to clarify, you would need to bleed them if you remove the brake line from the caliper. You might opt to unbolt the caliper and then paint it. It would be easier to cover up other parts that way.
If you do, make sure you hang it up with some wire, don't let it hang by the brake hose.
