 This morning, i got to get my car get inspected because the sticker expired. I go and pass im driving back my battery light turns on. so im like ok i guess its kinda old (7months) so i felt i cud make it another 6 miles to school. when im driving a notice a slight dim in the dash display strength. the music im playing just dims done to an off then my dash turns off then the guages go nuts and the car was like struggling and the trans was very stiff changing. i pull over call my friend he charges me up and i take off no more then 2 miles the car shuts off so he came bac charged me i turned bac around to go home. it took me 5 charges to make it home a 10 min drive b came a 30 min so i went to autozone bought a duralast gold batt. installed and ready. i turn the car on and let it run. :yahoo: when all the sudden :wtf2: the little alarm goes off i look at my dash and the light has returned
so now im confused on what is going on has this happen to anybody??? any ideas of whats going?? this car is costing me more then i paid for... some one let me know

go back to the parts store and return the new battery and cash for a new alternator. Fairly easy fix.

Don't be dissin the core charge, yo. It's about 3 ten spots!

It's not too hard, 2 15mm bolts, and a grounding bolt on the back, and a 3/8 braker bar is all you need. If you need a new belt, change it now.

O yeah you'll need a socket extention and one of those bending joints to get the back bolt out

not necessarily. i ran a high output alt for almost six months on the stock wiring. now double0 has it IIRC. sold it to him for like 10 bucks at ASS. lmao

If the trac-off light is on also, wheel hub.

If not, check master cyl.

other than that, IDK

if his trac-off light isn't on, then his abs module might be bad. If that is it, then its gonna be like 1000 bucks for another new module. BUT, if all 3 lights are on (trac-off, brake, and anti-lock) then one of your ABS sensor in your wheel hub went bad. Now thats a 100 bucks fix if u do it yourself, if not then dealer or shop will do it for like 300 w/ labor.
