last nite im driving and i hit like 80 i come bac down to a stop at thelight and a hear a thumbing sound so i thought it was mah friends 300zx so i turn my car off n i dont hear it so then i turn it on and its a light rumblin then i drive past 3rpm and i dont hear it then i go slower to about 1 1/2 rpm and i sound like i have a huge enige like rumblin so i pull over let it run pop the hood and it seems like its comin from the belt
this is after i got it back from the shop firday for the "intake manifold" attack

My translation might be off, but I think he has a loud rumbling noise at under 3000 rpm. I would advise taking it back to the place that repaired your Lower intake manifold gasket, or "Manifold Attack" as you might call it. Nothing else really jumps out at me off the top of my head. Good Luck

is it a rumble or a clacking? i ask because you say it sounds like it is coming from the belt. If it is a clack it may be a broken tensioner or a loose belt. if its a rumble i have no idea, id take it back to the shop that fixed it. Since it has been such a short time since it was fixed id say it has to be related somehow and make them check it and possibly fix it for free if it does turn out to be caused by the repair. Can you compare the rumbling to another sound...my stomach rumbles sometimes but I doubt your car sounds like that.

my bad guys i didnt write right lol but i found out i broke my engine side mount lol cost me 20 bucks fo parts and i did it ma self so thanks my cracked part was rubbing againt mah pulleys so u kno thanxz for the thoughts u guys alwayz make me feel like theres hope with this car :yahoo:

My bad guys, I wasn't sober when I wrote my last comment. :) I found out that I broke my engine side mount. :) It cost me twenty dollars for parts and I put it in myself, thankyou everyone for your concerns. The cracked part [?] was rubbing against my pulleys {so you know} <= thats gangsta ... thankyou for the thoughts, you guys always make me feel all warm inside.:yahoo:
